The 96 Lady Cannons Elite went 4-0 to win the Emerald Coast Cup in Destin , FL this past weekend. They got off to a flying start scoring their first goal after only 11 seconds! They then went through group play scoring 11 goals and conceding only 3. The final was a very hard fought, exciting game against Tupelo FC from Mississippi . In the hot Florida sun with the game tied 3-3 heading for overtime the Lady Cannons found the energy for one final push and were rewarded when they found the net twice in the final minute to make the final score 5-3. Congratulations girls an a tremendous effort from the first minute of the tournament to the last.
